Since the Community Redevelopment Agency established the GreenMarket in Old School Square in 1996, it has grown to become a popular Saturday morning gathering place. This quaint market, which provides a lively and welcoming ambiance, has solidly cemented itself as a highlight of Delray Beach’s busy “season.”
More than 65 of the best food sellers congregate at the GreenMarket every Saturday to display their wares. A wide variety of farm-to-fork produce, freshly selected citrus, tropical fruits and juices, farm-fresh eggs, artisanal cheeses and jams, fragrant baked goods, and a variety of gluten-free, vegan, and organic products are available for visitors to discover. The market also offers freshly cut flowers, plants, and other specialty foods, ensuring a great range for all palates.
